Meet Our Team

John founded Guardian Computer in 1996 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University in 1989. His background spans IT project management, systems architecture, network security, and HIPAA auditing and compliance.

Under John's leadership, Guardian Computer has grown from a one-person consultancy into a national managed service provider. He remains directly involved in strategic planning, operations, and the technology decisions that shape how the company works with clients.

Outside the office, John is an avid softball player.

Jean has been with Guardian Computer since it began, bringing a decade of IT experience from Chevron Corp along with a Bachelor of Science from LSU. She leads business planning, financial management, and strategic technology direction, and holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). She is also a CMMC Registered Practitioner. She is active in ISACA and the Society for Human Resource Management, and participated in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.

Outside of work, Jean enjoys traveling and perfecting old family recipes.

Wayne brings over two decades of experience in the technology sector and has been an integral part of Guardian Computer since 2020, where he leads service operations — coordinating the support team, managing priorities, and keeping service consistent and dependable for clients.

Before his tenure at Guardian Computer, Wayne was the National Director of Operations at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers for 22 years. Wayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Orleans, complemented by technical certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Office Specialist, and Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Support Technician.

Outside his professional life, Wayne is a family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and their dog, Dixi. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and playing flag football and softball.

Jeremy has 11 years of experience in network infrastructure and cloud services, beginning his career in the Navy. He holds an Associate Degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute and is CCNP Enterprise certified, along with Cisco Certified Specialist credentials in Enterprise Core and Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure. Before Guardian Computer, he served as Systems Administrator for a statewide school district. At Guardian Computer, Jeremy designs solutions, solves complex technical problems, and strengthens the systems and standards our clients depend on.

Peggy manages Guardian Computer's financial operations, supply chain, ordering, and inventory. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Northeast Louisiana University and is a certified Registered Pharmacist with HIPAA compliance training, which she applies to protecting client information. Since joining in 2019, she has built reliable billing and inventory systems that hold up under real-world supply chain pressure.

Outside of work, Peggy enjoys yoga and spending time with her dog Rain.

Before Guardian Computer, Will spent 23 years at New Horizons IT training company, specializing in network design, Windows Server administration, and Azure Cloud Management. He holds CompTIA Network+, A+, and Security+ certifications, along with Microsoft Certified Professional status, and studied Psychology and Law Enforcement at Northern Kentucky University. As a senior technical resource, Will resolves complex client issues and provides advanced troubleshooting and guidance to the rest of the service team.

Ryan maintains the interconnectivity and efficiency of Guardian Computer's systems. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science from Tulane University and is a certified Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate. His work includes integrating the company's XDR platform with client systems for remote monitoring and management, and he supports the help desk team as well.

Outside of work, Ryan is a chess player and cook who enjoys sci-fi novels.

David holds an Associate Degree in Information Technology from Delgado Community College, along with HDI Support Center Analyst and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certifications. Before Guardian Computer, he worked as a Help Desk Specialist for LCMC Health. He built his first computer from scratch, which led him into IT. David provides responsive day-to-day support, helping clients solve problems, keep systems running, and get more out of the technology they already have.

Byron holds a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from Louisiana Tech University and transitioned to Guardian Computer from an apprentice network engineering role. He focuses on network security, firewalls, encryption, and remote connectivity, and manages clients' Microsoft cloud environments and phone systems.

Outside of work, Byron is a musician who plays multiple instruments.

Noah is a Marine Corps veteran who brought a disciplined, process-driven approach to IT support. He holds Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, HIPAA Compliance, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications. At Guardian Computer, Noah provides responsive frontline support, resolving day-to-day technology issues and helping clients keep their work moving.

Outside of work, Noah is busy keeping up with his two little girls.

Aidan is a recent LSU graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a concentration in Cybersecurity, graduating magna cum laude. He also holds the CompTIA Security+ certification and brings hands-on experience from a cybersecurity internship at Gulf Coast Bank & Trust, where he worked with phishing awareness, malware analysis, and cybersecurity asset documentation. At Guardian Computer, Aidan provides frontline technical support, helping clients resolve day-to-day technology issues while continuing to build his experience across systems, networking, and security.

Vinny is pursuing a degree in Information Systems & Analytics at LSU and joined Guardian Computer in 2022 as a summer intern after graduating from Brother Martin High School. He has since grown into a full support role, handling troubleshooting and support tasks with reliability that's made him a trusted part of the team.
